A quick update on where I’ve been the last few years…

At the beginning of 2019 I decided that if I was ever going to write the book I had been thinking about for over two decades, I had to put my musical life on hold. Two years later, between COVID and the demands of the writing process, I realized that I also had to put teaching Monday Night Class as well as unTraining Workshops and Retreats on hold. While I look forward to resuming these aspects of my work, I will tell you that developing this book has been an extraordinary journey. I sometimes wonder if when it is done, I need to follow up with a sequel about all I have learned through the process of writing.

A small example:

In writing and in life, when something is not working, it often means we need to hit the delete button, not keep trying to fix it.…

The book will be published by She Writes Press and distributed by Simon & Schuster.
